Petitioner's counsel submits that the order passed by the Licensing Authority-Cum-Divisional Forest Officer, Patna is non est and is not in accordance with law and he would be challenged the same.

In view of the substantial compliance of the order of Writ Court, no case is made out for proceeding further in this contempt proceedings.
