The impediment coming in the way for consideration and grant of promotion to most of the government employees, because of an order of the General Administration Department issued on 12.08.2014 now stands removed by virtue of yet another notification, which has been brought on record as Annexure-A to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State.
Since the State is ready to consider the issue of grant of promotion to the petitioner or such persons, who are otherwise eligible.
