The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 380, 352 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of breaking the lock of Food Corporation of India and taking away grains and other articles. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the First Information Report was lodged against mob. The petitioner was not named in the First Information Report. The petitioner's name sprang up during investigation on the confessional statement of co-accused. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the accusation is not specific against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6014 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 177 of 2012, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
