JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 In compliance of the order of this Court, dated 23.02.2017, it appears that enquiry under Section 14 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 in relation to Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 630 of 2015 has commenced before the Juvenile Justice Board, Muzaffarpur and is pending for evidence.

2. The petitioner's prayer for release on bail was rejected by the Juvenile Justice Board, Muzaffarpur and rejection by the Board came to be affirmed by impugned order, dated 29.11.2016 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 88 of 2016 by the learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.

3. However, since the enquiry has commenced, considering the ground for rejection of petitioner's application for bail, without interfering with the impugned order this

application is disposed of with a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Muzaffarpur to conclude the enquiry within a period of four months from the date of the communication of the present order. If the enquiry is not concluded within the said period of four months, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
