JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2020 Nobody appears for the petitioner, however, Sri Ranjeet Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation as also Sri Subhash Prasad Singh (GA-3), appearing for the Respondents, are present.

The present petition has been filed seeking modification in the order dated 21.03.2018 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 1688 of 2017 to the extent that the time granted to the petitioner for

Patna High Court MJC No.584 of 2019(4) dt.15-09-2020 2/2 filing the representation before the Respondent No. 2 i.e. the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna, be extended inasmuch as the petitioner, on account of valid and cogent reason could not file the representation within the time fixed by this Court.

Having heard the learned counsel for the Respondent-Patna Municipal Corporation, who has got no objection and having gone through the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna, within a period of eight weeks from today.

The order dated 21.03.2018 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 1688 of 2017 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.

The petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
