1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The Superintendent of Police, Samastipur along with the S.H.O. and I.O. of the case are present in the Court, in compliance of the order dated 08.08.2024.
4. The Superintendent of Police, Samastipur, who is present in the Court submits that the victim has been recovered and Suman has been apprehended. It is next submitted that Suman and the victim were in love and they have also performed their marriage.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners being brothers and father of Suman have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant, in order to coerce Suman into submission.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No.713/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
8. The personal appearance of the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur along with the S.H.O. and the I.O. of the case is dispensed with.
