Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Allegation is of recovery of liquor. Some other co-accused have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 01.02.2021 and 17.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7075 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No. 8738 of 2021. Investigation of the case against the petitioners is already complete.

No.21388 of 2021(2) dt.26-03-2021 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with G.O. Police Station Case No. 257 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
