JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. representing the State.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide Criminal Misc. No. 48400 of 2015 by order dated 19.01.2016 by this Court on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 26.06.2015. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner, only two prosecution witnesses have been examined who have turned hostile and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that during investigation the witnesses have supported the allegation and further small gas cylinder was kept near the

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail, again prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt of production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner, if at no fault, may be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) sushma/- U T
