2. A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No.3. In paragraph-6 thereof, it is categorically stated that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 07.12.2022 passed in CWJC No.19965 of 2021, the opposite party (Bank) has started paying full family pension to the petitioner. The opposite party has also refunded the amount of Rs.92,795/-, which was deducted from her family pension, and now the same has been credited on 11.09.2023 in the account of the petitioner. The opposite party, for his conduct also rendered his unconditional and unqualified apology.
