The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 275 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the informant namely Arvind Kumar has submitted written petition before the Thana In Charge, Laheri Police on 29.09.2015 stating therein that the informant is the owner of M/S Sonu Enterprises and his shop of Generator at Bihar Dharamshala Mohalla in Biharsharif Town. It isl further submitted that one person came at his shop on 22.09.2015 saying self to Sudhir Kumar and he is on duty as Sectional Engineer in Indian Railway at Rajgir and he wants to Generator of Usha and he was taken quotation. It is further stated that the said Sudhir Kumar came on 26.09.2015 with one

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is the driver of Tata Magic No.BR-21K/0476 and the petitioner has brought the said Generators on fare on the recommendation of co-accused Sudhir Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has got no any criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 275 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
