1. This application has been filed seeking modification in the title portion of the writ petition which has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 05.12.2022 in C.W.J.C. No. 14452 of 2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while filing the writ application, a mistake was committed in the title portion of the writ application. It is submitted that the matter pertains to the district of Supaul, therefore, the District Magistrate, Supaul and the Nagar Panchayat, Nirmali through its Executive Officer, Nirmali, District - Supaul should have

Patna High Court MJC No.407 of 2023(3) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 been made respondent nos. 2 and 3 respectively, but inadvertently, the District Magistrate, Sitamadhi and the Nagar Panchayat, Nirmali, through its Executive Officer, Nirmali, District - Sitamadhi read as respondent nos. 2 and 3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was an inadvertent mistake and for that reason, it requires correction.

4. Mr. Yogendra Prasad Sinha, learned A.A.G.-7 is present. He has no objection to carry out the above correction.

5. Accordingly, we allow this application and direct that the respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall be read as the District Magistrate, Supaul and the Nagar Panchayat, Nirmali through its Executive Officer, Nirmali, District - Supaul.

6. As a result of the aforesaid correction in the body of the judgment as well as in the reliefs part of the judgment, the description of respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall be read accordingly.

7. Rest of the judgment shall remain intact.
