Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 19.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10204/2020.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 13.04.2018 but till date only four witnesses have been examined on behalf of prosecution. Petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2017.

Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, since the petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2017, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
