JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 5/ 26-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Bhagawan Bazar P.S. Case No.362 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against this petitioner that one country made Katta has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 22.12.2016. It is stated in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has clean antecedents.

Keeping in view the clean antecedents of the petitioner and the period spent by him in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10256 of 2017 (5) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Bhagawan Bazar P.S. Case No.362 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
