Considering the submissions of the Counsel for the petitioner and perusing the materials on record, the Court is inclined to allow the application for restoration subject to the following conditions:
(i) A cost in the sum of Rs. 500/- shall be deposited in the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee and receipt thereof be filed by Friday i.e. 20.05.2016.
Patna High Court MJC No.717 of 2016 (4) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 (ii) By the same time, the petitioner shall furnish the requisites for service of notice on respondent nos. 5 and 7 as directed under order dated 2.12.2015.
The application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
