1. Heard the parties.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 5289 of 2024, which got dismissed due to non compliance of the order dated 25.11.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to illness of the Advocate's Clerk, requisites for issuance of notice was filed one day after expiry of peremptory time granted by this court vide order dated 25.11.2024.

4. For the reasons stated in this application, the same is allowed and the connected case bearing Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No.
