ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-01-2016 The State seeks cancellation of bail of the Opposite Party in Desari P.S. case No.174 of 2012 on the ground that after release on bail Opposite Party once again indulging in similar activities. On the last occasion, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party but it was reported that he has left the house. Be that as it may, in view of the cogent material to show that the Opposite Party has once again indulged in similar activities and therefore misused the privilege of bail hence the bail granted to the Opposite Party by order dated 22.6.2013 by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in B.P. No.498 of 2013 in connection with Desari P.S. case No.174 of 2012 is hereby cancelled. The court below is directed to take immediate action for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15650 of 2015 dt.08-01-2016 2/2 ensuring arrest of the Opposite Party.
