Petitioner is accused in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 02 of 2017 registered under Sections 414/34 of the I.P.C. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Neither he is concerned with the recovered motor cycle nor has any connection with Raju Kumar. He is in custody since 02.01.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M,
