JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through Virtual Court proceeding. In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 432 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 448, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is to have gave the knife blow on the abdomen of the informant causing injury to him, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no injury report to show that the victim has sustained the injury. From the case diary, it appears that the injury report is attached with the case diary which itself shows that the victim has received incised injury by sharp cutting weapon.
