2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72894 of 2023 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in the modification application, further six weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted with respect to the petitioner No. 2 ( Ravi Kumar ) to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30150 of 2024(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bailbond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72894 of 2023 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
