Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 319 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion and his name came in the present case only in the confessional statement of a co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
