JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

On a secret information, raid was conducted and a car was seized and three persons were apprehended with arms and ammunition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused who managed to escape. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned
