In a representative capacity, the writ application is filed for a direction upon the respondents to sanction and construct Government High School at Raipura village within Gram Panchayat Salpur, Block Goradih instead of village Kasil under Salpur Gram Panchayat. The school is to be constructed under a scheme of the Government of Bihar in every Gram Panchayat. The respondents under the said scheme took up the construction of the School in the Gram Panchayat in-question which is being objected by the petitioner.

Such decision pristinely is

Patna High Court CWJC No.758 of 2014 (3) dt.21-07-2016 2/2 administrative decision. The Court is not required to interfere in such matter. However, it has been submitted at the Bar that a Committee of officials has been constituted to examine/consider such grievance relating to establishment of the School under the scheme of the Government. In my view, the petitioner should raise his grievance before the said committee for consideration and disposal in accordance with law.
