The issue of payment of salary for the period 5th of October, 2005 to January, 2006 will be verified from the records and the payment would be made in terms of the directive and the policy adopted by the Land Development Bank for such payment.
So far as deduction of Rs. 10,211/- is concerned, the bank must indicate to the petitioner the basis for such deduction. If the petitioner can satisfy the authorities then
Patna High Court CWJC No.2721 of 2016 (3) dt.17-10-2016 2/2 adjustment and refund of this deduction is required to be made. This aspect of the matter must be looked into within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order.
Writ application stands disposed off within observation / direction as above.
