The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maner P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case of dowry death. Petitioner is husband of the deceased.

It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. It appears that daughter of the informant died within six years of her marriage in her matrimonial home in otherwise than the normal circumstance.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12967 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Accordingly, the same is rejected.
