The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 558 of 2021 lodged under Sections 414, 419 and 201of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his name is figured in this case only and only due to reason he is alleged to be the owner of the Garage. He further submits that two co-accused namely, Md. Nadeem and Md. Neamtullah were granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72110 of 2021.
