1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case no. 544 of 2023 registered under sections 392, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was going with a bag containing Rs.27.19 lakhs in cash from his office to deposit the same in the Bank, it is stated that four accused persons on a motorcycle on the point of gun looted the said amount.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against unknown. The

No.13421 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in the confessional statement of coaccused made before the police as also his own confessional statement. Inspite of the petitioner being in custody since 7.10.2023 he has not been put on T.I. parade and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the order of the learned trial Court from which it appears that no incriminating article having been recovered from the petitioner's possession, inspite of his being in custody for 5 months since 7.10.2023 he has not been put on T.I. Parade and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case no. 544 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Saharsa.
