Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of making assault with iron rod on the head of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though one of the injury of the informant has been found grievous, but injury no. 1 has been found to be incised wound. The petitioner is alleged to have caused injury with iron rod. There is counter version of the occurrence. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15996 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 214 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui. With this observation this application is disposed of.
