The petitioners seek bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.609/16 registered under Sections147,148,149, 302, 323, 324 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on the order of Sohagi Devi other four persons named in the F.I.R. were assaulting Lalan Bind, husband of the informant, Gangia Devi. Then she tried to save her husband upon which both the petitioners caught hold of her. Thereafter Sanjay Bind and Ranjit Bind gave lathi blow to her husband causing injury on his head as a result of which he died. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15062 of 2017 (2) dt.13-04-2017 though both the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. but the allegation against the petitioners is to catch hold of the informant, wife of the deceased.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.609/16.
