The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Darauli, Siwan P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014 registered under Sections-307, 435 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that at the relevant time, the petitioner was not present on the place, where the occurrence is said to have taken place and as a matter of fact, the petitioner had gone to Siwan to collect his Adhar Card, which is evident from perusal of Annexure-2 to this petition. Taking into consideration the above-said submissions as well as nature of allegation, levelled against the petitioner, I am

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11876 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Darauli, Siwan P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014 stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
