Petitioner is accused in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 59 of 2016 registered under Sections457 and 380 of the IPC later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court by order dated 16.01.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 53788 of 2016 granting liberty to him to renew his prayer after framing of charge vide annexure 1 and now the charge has been framed. The petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18113 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 59 of 2016.
