JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 15.01.2014 passed in CWJC No. 15157 of 2013, whereby, the writ petition was disposed of in terms of order dated 15.01.2014 passed in CWJC No. 17899 of 2012.
2. This contempt petition has been filed in the year 2020 alleging violation of order passed in the year 2014.
3. In view of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, I find that the contempt petition is barred by the period of limitation prescribed under the aforesaid provision.
4. Accordingly, the contempt application stands dismissed.
