Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 692 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Taking note of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 692 of 2014

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11642 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram stands rejected.
