The petitioner is accused in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017, registered under Section 30(D) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
The accusation is that in course of search of tempo, 60 Kg of Mahua flower kept in two plastic bags were recovered in which petitioner and two others were found traveling. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
