The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under section 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law and there is no specific allegation made against the petitioner. The deceased had three children. It appears from the perusal of the record that the petitioner had already been declared absconder, as she was evading her arrest. Since the petitioner has been absconder, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly the same is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8080 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2 / 2 within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, and the court below shall consider the regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by this order. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) B.Roy/- U
