The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.205 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The police raided Annpurna Line Hotel and arrested one Manoj Kumar Singh. From the said hotel, some bottles of Indian made foreign liquor were recovered. Manoj Kumar Singh (owner of the hotel) disclosed the name of petitioner and others. It appears that the Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from Annpurna Line Hotel. The name of petitioner surfaced in the case on the basis of disclosure made by Manoj Kumar Singh but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

No.10190 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 Having considered the fact that the Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from a line hotel and nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
