JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-03-2019 Petitioner's claim for benefit under the ACP Scheme have been dealt with by the respondents in the counter affidavit. The grant of 1st ACP has been allowed in favour of the petitioner and arrears of salary for certain periods have also been allowed vide office order dated 16.09. 2016. The claim in respect of benefits on account of 2nd ACP has been denied due to breakage in service.
