The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of private-respondent no. 6 on the post of Anganwari Sevika at Anganwari Centre 201 in Ward No. 12, falling in Kanfalia Panchayat in the district of Purnea.
The grievance is because of the Aam Sabha not being called in accordance with law and the guidelines framed
Patna High Court CWJC No.5354 of 2019 dt.09-04-2019 2/2 thereunder. The petitioner has complained about such faulty requisitioning of Aam Sabha before various authorities but to no avail.
The petitioner is directed to make a representation / complaint before the District Programme Officer, Purnea within a period of four weeks from today, detailing all her grievances and explaining the reason why it is being urged that the appointment of private-respondent no. 6 is dehors the rules and on receipt of such representation / complaint, the District Programme Officer, Purnea shall dispose off such representation by a reasoned order within a further period of four weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
