Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of unloading the coal of N.T.P.C. from the railway wagon.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled against the petitioner is only on suspicion.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 580 of 2014, pending in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13103 of 2015 (2) dt.30-03-2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur. With this observation this application is disposed of.
