The petitioners seek bail in Kursakanta (Kuari) P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioners were going on a motorcycle and on search 30 bottles of different brands of foreign liquor each containing 300 ml. were recovered from the possession of the petitioners and for that they are in jail since 11.01.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IVth, Araria in Kursakanta (Kuari) P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017.
