(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing/ commanding the concerned respondents to give employment to the petitioner on the post of Shiksha Sevak with all consequential benefits in Talimi Markaj of the Middle School, Bishanpur Piprahi under the scheme of the State Government for Mahadalit and minority

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
