JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Since in the present writ petition, the petitioner has made a prayer for issuance of writ against a society under the Society Registration Act, the Court is of the opinion that instead of invoking writ jurisdiction, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
It is clarified that the period consumed by the petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 02-03-2015 till date shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter.
