====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------ 17-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No.135 of 2016 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 25(1-b)a of the Arms Act. The accusation is that on receiving secret information about keeping the stolen laptop by this petitioner, the police raided the house of the petitioner from where police recovered one laptop and one country made pistol. On demand, the petitioner could not produce any paper regarding the ownership of the laptop. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Health Investigator in the D.R.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8240 of 2017 (2) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 Agency, who was engaged in the State of Jharkhand for survey in the health field and the laptop, which is said to be recovered from the house of the petitioner, was provided to the petitioner by the said Agency. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 13.11.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 6th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Bind P.S.
