The defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks of starting of the Court proceeding in physical mode properly. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.208 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354A, 308, 504, 447/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' land was being encroached by the informant and incident has occurred to save the land from encroachment.

In view thereof, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
