This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60788 of 2021 whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of order. Having regard to the submissions of made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 24.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60788 of 2021 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
