Mr. BIRJU PRASAD- GP13 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 The grievance, which is being raised in the present writ application, is very simple in nature. The petitioner retired as L.H.V. (A.N.M.) from Primary Health Centre, Shahkund, under the civil surgeonship of Bhagalpur. Her pension, with effect from 01.02.2009, came to be sanctioned in 2009 itself. Subsequently, pension came to be revised and the petitioner's pension is said to have

Patna High Court CWJC No.16286 of 2016(2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 been, now, fixed at the rate of Rs. 9980/- per month. It is the case of the petitioner that the revision has been communicated by the Office of the Accountant General to Bhagalpur Treasury instead of Dumka Treasury and, therefore, the petitioner is not getting benefits of such arrears. In view of the nature of the grievance raised in the application, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Accountant General, Bihar (respondent no. 2) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and see to it that her grievance stands redressed, in any case within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
