2. The petitioner seeks bail during the pendency of the trial in connection with Sessions Trial No. 289 of 2017 arising out of Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 108 of 2017 dated 25.03.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 427, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 of the IPC also added.

3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has earlier been rejected four times over.

4. The petitioner had also approached the Supreme Court but the prayer was refused and a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25774 of 2024(5) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 direction was given to the Trial Court to conclude the Trial within six months.

5. Nonetheless, the Trial has not yet been concluded.

6. The learned Advocate for the petitioner has informed this Court that it is pending at the stage of final arguments.

7. Considering the final stage of the Trial and taking into account that on merits the case of the petitioner was rejected several times and by the Supreme Court also, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
