The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 assaulted the son of the informant Sunil Kumar with iron rod, whereas petitioner no. 2 assaulted on the head of the informant's brother with iron rod.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injuries of the informant, informant's brother and son have been found to be simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence. Statement has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14036 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 375 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
