The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.333 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 447, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that there is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner is himself injured, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
