This application is for modification in order dated 01.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27356 of 2021 by this Court, granting bail to the petitioner no.1. (Vikash Singh) (sole petitioner in the present application) and surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks but the wrong address of the petitioner no.1 was mentioned in the title portion of the petition as "Village Kalyanpur Mathiya, P.S. Sidhwaliya, District Gopalganj" in place of "Village Taiya Dumri, P.O. Marachi, P.S. Jamo Bazar, District Siwan", as such he could not furnish the bail bond within the stipulated period. In that view of the matter, order dated 01.02.2022
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11725 of 2022(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27356 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the correct address of petitioner no.1 (sole petitioner in the present petition) is "Village Taiya Dumri, P.O. Marachi, P.S. Jamo Bazar, District Siwan" and he is directed to surrender before the court of learned CJM, Siwan within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S.Case no.273 of 2020 and remaining parts of order dated 01.02.2022 shall remain intact.
