JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being younger brother of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand and torture etc. within three years of her marriage.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the husband of the victim has been acquitted since the informant has not supported the accusation against him. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12847 of 2015 (2) dt.27-03-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Laxamipur P.S. Case No.103 of 2010, pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
